Angela Sun

Angela Sun was born in Santa Clara County, CA on 19 October 1979. She is a American journalist and sportscaster. She is also a documentary film maker and TV presenter. Angela Sun has been a journalist, sportscaster, producer and Actor since she was born in Santa Clara County California on October 19. She graduated from University of California with a diploma in communications and sociology. Sun was a pro at surfing. After taking part in a handful of pro-am surfer competitions, she was endorsed by Roxy Reef Billabong Vans and various other major companies. The recognition she received from these surfing events was like rocket fuel which prompted her to enter the industry of entertainment. In the future, she would go into the field of filmmaker, reporter for investigative reporting and sportscaster. Sun has worked as a reporter on several news channels, primarily as an anchor. She worked for Fox Sports Net as a reporter from 2003. She was host of American Ninja Warrior along with Matt Iseman in 2012. In 2014, Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute. Sun is the only Asian American to ever appear on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun was a part of a number of movies, and her skills in acting are lauded and acknowledged. She was a part of films such as Goliath (2016) and Hit the Floor(2014-2016) The Perfect Getaway(2009) Shackled (2005), Street Kings (2008) as well as Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). Sun's feature length documentary Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch was a film about the effects of plastic pollution on the oceans. She created, wrote and directed the film herself.
